After having several of our process serving clients approach us about the slow eviction process, especially in the actual removal process after judgment, we decided to create a service for rapid tenant removal.

Towards that end, we have teamed with the ABS Legal Group of Tulsa to provide not only the process serving at all stages but also the legal representation and the execution of the eviction (actual removal of the tenant from the property) which we have been told in some counties can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete. We process the removal of the tenant in 72 hours, and the overall process averages 3 weeks from filing to having an empty property.

• For filing, including fees, initial serving and legal representation up to judgment:
In Tulsa County and under $1500 - $310

Out of Tulsa County and under $1500 - $360

In Tulsa County and over $1500 - $420

Out of Tulsa County and over $1500 - $470

For Execution filing and actual removal of the tenant from the property alone - $60
